Monique Davis is a licensed victim advocate with a background in Psychology from Coppin State University. Although she has focused her attention on providing services to crime victims, her target audience has been working with underserved populations and hopes to bring that same commitment to Push Birth Partners. Monique received her undergraduate degree in 2015 and is now pivoting into Human Resources at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Her main interest is in Talent Acquisition and People Operations, and she is eager to lead the hiring and onboarding process.


Monique resides in Maryland and hopes to escape the cold weather by relocating to Texas one day. She enjoys cooking, baking, DIYs, and open mic nights with her loved ones. A big goal of hers at the company is to aid in developing the Human Resources team. She desires to create an employer branding strategy that will shape the perceived culture of the organization, retain top-level talent, and cater to their career goals while simultaneously supporting the organization's business needs.
