Care Management
We listen. We ask questions. We care. Whether you are seeking external resources or in need of our in-house services, PUSH offers care assistance to women and birthing families in Texas and beyond. We meet clients where they are through our virtual care system and pre-scheduled in-person visits. Each client receives a personalized experience with resources and services that are specific to their health and well-being. A dedicated and certified care team will partner with you to help you manage your health and wellness throughout the various phases of your maternal health journey.

Our team is made up of individuals with a personal connection to our mission. Yet, we each have differing experiences that allow us to diversify and deliver services that are comprehensive, while forming trusted partnerships that are relevant to creating change.
Care Providers:
Because our clients deserve a partnership with a care team who can relate to certain experiences; a partnership with knowledgeable, trained, and independent community health workers, community-based doulas, and other care providers.
